Services
Commercial Janitorial Cleaning
SmartDog provides comprehensive janitorial services for office buildings, healthcare facilities, churches, and schools. Our trained staff performs daily maintenance tasks including trash removal, surface disinfecting, bathroom cleaning, and floor maintenance. We customize cleaning schedules to match client needs with options for daily, weekly, or monthly service. Our team uses color-coded microfiber cloths and hospital-grade disinfectants to prevent cross-contamination while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive environments.
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service utilizes hot water extraction (steam cleaning) to remove deep-seated dirt and bacteria from commercial carpets. We follow a four-step process including pre-vacuuming, spot treatment, steam cleaning with non-residue solutions, and final vacuuming. This method effectively removes allergens and extends carpet lifespan while maintaining indoor air quality. We offer free carpet cleaning promotions for new clients when combined with office cleaning services.
Floor Waxing
SmartDog's floor waxing services restore commercial tile floors through a multi-step process including stripping old wax, deep cleaning, and applying multiple coats of high-quality floor finish. Our technicians use specialized burnishing equipment to achieve a mirror-like shine while protecting against scuff marks. We offer emergency floor restoration services for water damage or staining, with eco-friendly wax options available for LEED-certified buildings.
COVID-19 Disinfecting
Our coronavirus cleaning service follows CDC guidelines for commercial facilities, using EPA-registered disinfectants effective against SARS-CoV-2. We implement electrostatic spraying technology to cover all surfaces evenly, focusing on high-touch areas like door handles and restrooms. The process includes HEPA vacuuming and air purification to reduce viral particles. We provide documentation of cleaning protocols for compliance purposes and offer flexible scheduling to minimize business disruption.
Construction Clean-up
SmartDog's construction clean-up service removes debris and residue from renovation or new construction projects. Our team handles heavy dust removal, paint overspray elimination, and final detailing of windows, floors, and fixtures. We use industrial-strength vacuums and HEPA filters to capture fine particulates, followed by standard janitorial cleaning to prepare spaces for occupancy. This service is available on short notice with 24/7 emergency options.
