Chem-Dri did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We had several stains from our sons puppy which I had tried to get out with natural cleaners. We paid a little extra for them to pre-treat the stains, but it was well worth it. He was very professional, polite, and thorough.

My poor carpet in my rental hadnt been formally cleaned in 10 years. I could not be happier with the job that was done. The carpet is all one color again and it is fresh and clean and it looks revived and no longer does my home smell like old nasty.

Bryan was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had a bad pet accident (pet owners you know the one - that yellow bile, oily and thick - yuck!) that was sure to stain. While tricky to find the right ChemDry that services my area, I am glad I stuck with it. My regular carpet cleaner was booked out for a week. But Bryan came within a few hours and took care of the stain!

Michael and Kyle arrived on time, and worked diligently. First they found pet urine spots with black light, then treated ithem with pet urine removal treatment which I had requested prior. Rugs were then thoroughly cleaned, with care taken to place plastic protectors under wood furniture legs. Professional and very pleasant young men. I am very pleased.

Bryan is remarkable. He has cleaned my carpet several times with impeccable results. My husband's shoes seem to carry a permanent black residue that insults my carpet and a good cleaning is imperative. Not only does Bryan clean but he deodorizes the carpet which leaves the entire house smelling fresh for weeks. Two thumbs all the way up for Bryan.

I started on my path to cleanliness when Robin gave me a can of the Chem-Dry spotter. She said "You need this stuff!" I was worried because of the "chem" in the name being chemically sensitive. She said -- "no, it's the power of chemistry to clean in a smarter way!" She was right. 27 years later I still use Chem-Dry to clean my carpets and even bought my own Chem-Dry company -- it was that awesome!
