John is a graduate of Santa Barbara City College; Marine Diving Technologies Program recognized worldwide for its vocational excellence. It is the only community college degree program in the nation which is accredited by the Association of Commercial Diving Educators (ACDE), Association of Commercial Diving Contractors (ADCI), International Diving
