Services
Sitexco+ Laser Cleaning
The Sitexco+ Laser Anilox Cleaning System delivers ultra-precise, chemical-free cleaning using patented cell-by-cell technology. It safely removes all ink chemistries from ceramic or chrome rolls while consuming only 1.5-1.9 kW/hour. Cloud-based reporting and IoT capabilities ensure traceability and process optimization for flexographic, gravure, and offset printers seeking sustainable, high-efficiency solutions.
Sanilox In-Press System
The Sanilox System uses sodium bicarbonate media to deep-clean anilox rolls in-press or off-press. Its six-micron particle fracturing ensures complete cell cleaning without geometry limitations. HEPA filtration provides dust-free operation, while automation tracks roll inventory. This solution extends roll life, reduces downtime, and meets FDA standards for food-grade packaging facilities.
Alphasonics Ultrasonic
Alphasonics ultrasonic systems employ dual-frequency technology to clean high-line-screen anilox rolls up to 1,600 LPI. Enhanced Super Sweep circuitry ensures even cavitation distribution, while Active Cavitation introduces oxygen to accelerate cleaning reactions. Available in benchtop and floor-standing models, these systems deliver consistent results for water-based, UV, and solvent inks without damaging delicate engravings.
XPress On-Site Service
Our XPress mobile service brings Sanilox technology directly to client facilities. Certified technicians perform deep cleaning of anilox, gravure, and coating rolls using NSF-certified processes. Services include pre- and post-cleaning microscopic analysis, comprehensive reporting, and inventory management to optimize print quality while minimizing equipment downtime and operational disruption.
Capatch Volume Testing
Capatch testing strips provide quantitative measurement of anilox cell volume through indicator fluid displacement. Available in low (1.25-5 BCM), medium (3-15 BCM), and high (10-50 BCM) ranges, these single-use tools help determine optimal cleaning schedules. This proactive maintenance approach prevents print defects and extends roll lifecycle by identifying performance degradation before critical failure.
