Services
Commercial Ceiling Cleaning
Our commercial ceiling cleaning service removes nicotine stains, grease buildup, and carbon deposits from acoustic tiles, suspended ceilings, and painted surfaces. Using a 100 psi spray system with non-toxic solutions, we restore ceilings to like-new condition without replacement. The process preserves acoustic properties and fire ratings while improving indoor air quality by eliminating contaminants that cause sick building syndrome.
Kitchen Equipment Cleaning
This service deep cleans commercial kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and exhaust systems. Our technicians use steam vapor and specialized tools to remove encrusted grease and burnt-on residue, bringing equipment to 'inspection ready' condition. The process meets health code requirements while extending equipment lifespan through thorough internal and external cleaning.
Open Ceiling Cleaning
Designed for warehouses and industrial facilities, this service removes dust and carbon buildup from exposed truss systems, ductwork, and lighting fixtures. We use HEPA-filtered vacuums to eliminate contaminants without spreading particles, preventing unsanitary debris fallout. The non-dusting process maintains facility operations while improving aesthetics and air quality in large commercial spaces.
Restroom Deep Cleaning
Our restroom cleaning system uses high-pressure germicidal solutions to disinfect all surfaces including tile, grout, fixtures, and ceiling vents. The No-Touch cleaning method with Kaivac equipment ensures complete sanitation while preventing cross-contamination. The process leaves surfaces dry and ready for immediate use, maintaining hygiene standards in commercial restrooms.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
This service revitalizes commercial flooring using high-pressure extraction to remove embedded contaminants from quarry tile, terrazzo, and ceramic surfaces. The process extends floor lifespan by eliminating substances that degrade grout and surface materials. We work after-hours to minimize disruption while restoring flooring to a like-new appearance across various commercial settings.
