The previous company that we used for cleaning services was very unreliable. They would send a different person every time and usually that person didn't speak any English. We decided to look for a new cleaning service online and found Susie! Susie can be counted each time to provide excellent service! She arrives on time, pays attention to detail and does an excellent job of leaving our house nice and clean!

We have 2 cats and 1 dog so we are not an easy house to clean. I would recommend Susie to anyone! Some of the things my clients love about my maid services is that I love to clean and I sincerely care about clients homes as if they were my own. No uncaring crew that does a poor cleaning job. And I'm always on time. I try to be everything in a maid service that people love.

That is also why I limit myself to Des Plaines, Mount Prospect and Park Ridge. Limiting myself to just 3 Chicago suburbs means I can spend more time per home cleaning. I don't have to rush all over Chicagoland area because of this.

I charge a flat, affordable rate.
No wondering how many hours to pay for.
This is based on the average amount of work to be done.
Since every home is unique, I price the service according to your individual home's cleaning needs.
The table below represents cost ranges per visit for most "typical" homes.
I will visit your home and access the final cost.
If you are not completely satisfied please contact me within 24 hours of your home being serviced by me and I will re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with.
I make every effort to be on time.
However the client scheduled before you as well as traffic may impact my arrival time.
Some things are out of my control.
I will always make every effort to contact you if my arrival time is in any way compromised.

Susie the Maid home cleaning use's a 40 point "quality cleaning checklist" as a starting point to develop a personalized checklist outlining the work to be completed in your home.
Our "Quality Cleaning Checklist" ensures your specific needs are met each and every time we visit your home and deliver a consistent cleaning you can count on.
These tasks are typically completed on a rotational basis, depending on the needs in your home from visit to visit, or we will select these tasks based on an area or room of concentration.
