Through this job I realized I could turn cleaning into a real business.
I went out and picked up a few more cleaning jobs and eventually hired a couple of employees to help me.
I started to have grand (naive) dreams of becoming a 21-year-old janitorial mogul.
Later that year I sold my first big account: the manager of a new apartment complex hired us to clean up the apartments after the construction was completed.
It was a complex and big job.
At the end of that school year, I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in psychology.
Alliance provides commercial cleaning services with the goal of completely satisfying and retaining the customer.
We pride ourselves in retaining customers long-term.
We have served many of our customers for over 10 years!
Alliance cleaners will vacuum the entire carpeted area, including: corners of rooms, edges of walls, behind doors, and under desks and trash cans.
We will also move and vacuum beneath light furniture.
After vacuuming, we will neatly place the furniture and trash cans where they belong.
Clean buildings are healthy buildings.
If you clean your building regularly and correctly using disinfectant and microfiber, your employees won't get sick as often.
When you remove the germs, your employees will get sick less.
Dirtiness decreases the value of your building.

In 2007, Scott Frakes left his job as Sales Manager of a local real estate development company.
