Services
Furnace Cleaning
Our furnace cleaning services remove dust, allergens, and debris from heating systems to improve efficiency and air quality. Using truck-mounted equipment with industry-leading suction, we ensure thorough cleaning of heat exchangers, filters, and blowers. Regular maintenance extends furnace lifespan, reduces energy costs by up to 20%, and mitigates fire hazards caused by clogged components.
Air Duct Cleaning
Professional air duct cleaning eliminates pollutants like pet dander, pollen, and mold spores from ventilation systems. Our 5-truck fleet with 10,000 cfm suction power removes contaminants that degrade indoor air quality. Regular cleaning every 2-3 years improves airflow, reduces allergens, and enhances HVAC system performance for both residential and commercial properties.
Carpet Cleaning
Our truck-mounted extraction system delivers deep cleaning without damaging carpets. Using eco-friendly IICRC-approved solutions, we remove embedded dirt and stains while preserving carpet fibers. The high-heat process kills bacteria and dries carpets within 2 hours, extending their lifespan and maintaining indoor air quality by eliminating trapped pollutants.
Fireplace Cleaning
Regular fireplace and chimney cleaning prevents creosote buildup that causes 25,000+ annual structure fires. Our technicians use specialized brushes and suction equipment to remove flammable deposits from chimneys. Safety inspections identify code violations and structural issues, ensuring safe operation of wood-burning systems while maintaining optimal draft performance.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning removes lint accumulation that creates fire hazards and reduces appliance efficiency. Our technicians clean both venting systems and dryers themselves using high-powered suction, restoring proper airflow. This service lowers energy consumption, extends appliance lifespan, and eliminates moisture buildup that causes mold growth in laundry areas.
