We begin with an Intensive Initial Cleaning to bring new buildings up to our everyday standards.
Second, we use equipment to test the cleanliness of these surfaces after this initial cleaning.
Then, we periodically test surfaces to assure our cleaning standards remain high.
Lastly, daily we implement our Everyday Cleaner Standard with experienced cleaning technicians.

Intensive Initial Cleaning

When CLS begins a new relationship, we complete a comprehensive Intensive Initial Cleaning of the facility to bring it up to our Hygienic Cleaning Standards.
New business partners are typically very surprised at what we find which was left behind by their previous cleaning company.
Some building owners have tried to use less expensive cleaning companies and switched back to CLS.
When we returned, we found an enormous amount of dust and dirt embedded in the restroom tile and grout; it appeared as though the restroom floors had not bee scrubbed during those two years.

Our Carpet Maintenance Service maintains carpeting so well we have buildings with carpet which is 20-years old.
Included in our regular maintenance program is pressure washing restrooms, for which most other companies charge extra.
Shall be free of spots, stains, gum, dirt and debris without causing damage; it shall appear visibly and uniformly clean.
Adjoining walls, doors, and floor surfaces shall also be free of dust, soil, and cleaner residue.
Carpets shall be vacuumed with a brush type, dual motor, vacuum (Windsor Versamatic or comparable).
