Services
Rug Cleaning
Our in-plant cleaning system thoroughly washes both sides of rugs using safe solutions that extract maximum dirt while preserving fibers. Each rug undergoes disinfecting with CDC-approved products, followed by controlled drying that maintains color vibrancy. This process effectively removes embedded contaminants and revitalizes appearance for most handmade orientals at $4.00 per square foot.
Rug Repair
Expert craftsmen reweave moth damage, replace worn fringes, and repair selvedges using matching wool yarns. Our technicians maintain original knot tension to preserve structural integrity. Common repairs range from $102 for selvedge wrapping to $595 for extensive moth damage restoration in antique rugs.
Stain Removal
Specialized treatments target food and pet stains without additional charges in most cases. Our technicians apply enzymatic cleaners that break down organic matter at the source. This process effectively eliminates discoloration while maintaining fiber quality during the standard cleaning cycle.
Moth Protection
Post-cleaning application of demothing solution creates protective barriers against future infestations. This safe treatment preserves wool fibers while deterring pests through natural repellents. The application forms part of our comprehensive maintenance program for long-term rug preservation.
Odor Elimination
Deodorizing treatments neutralize persistent odors at their source using pH-balanced formulas. Our system eliminates pet-related smells and environmental odors through molecular neutralization rather than masking. The process leaves rugs with a fresh, clean scent lasting several weeks.
