Services
Tile Roof Cleaning
Our tile roof cleaning service uses adjustable surface cleaners and specialized brushes to accommodate flat, barrel, or custom tile configurations. Technicians receive specific training to walk on tile roofs safely while inspecting for breaks or slippage. We apply contractor-grade silicone for minor repairs and finish with a mildicide solution to inhibit mold regrowth. The process includes cleaning roof edges, fascia, and gutters while protecting adjacent landscaping.
Shingle Roof Cleaning
We employ manufacturer-approved non-pressure methods for shingle roof cleaning, applying a 1:6 water/chlorine solution that remains on surfaces for 20-30 minutes. Our technicians pre-rinse surrounding vegetation and use controlled application techniques to prevent overspray damage. The process includes post-treatment rinsing of plant life and careful monitoring of solution effectiveness across different roof conditions.
Pool Deck Cleaning
This service addresses multiple deck materials including pavers, cool deck coatings, and river rock surfaces. We use grey non-marking hoses and adjust pressure settings based on material type. The cleaning process incorporates joint preservation techniques for paver decks and protective measures for painted surfaces. All treatments conclude with mildicide application to prolong cleanliness.
Enclosure Cleaning
Our enclosure cleaning method involves washing screen mesh from all four sides using low-pressure techniques. Technicians clean both interior and exterior beam surfaces while applying mildicide solutions to mold-affected areas. Special attention is given to pine needle removal and screen preservation throughout the cleaning process.
Exterior House Wash
This comprehensive service cleans gutter faces, fascia, window surrounds, and soffits using surface-appropriate pressure settings. Our technicians avoid wooden ceiling pressure cleaning to prevent damage and address insect nest removal while noting potential residual markings. The process maintains structural integrity while enhancing overall property aesthetics.
