Services
Dryer vents are clogged fast and easily with the amount of laundry a nursing home, rehabilitation facility, or laundromat does.
When the airway is blocked by large amounts of lint it causes the equipment to work harder than it already is.
When the equipment is working harder it costs more money for energy and dryer repairs.
Not only can clogged dryer vents cost more money on repairs and energy bills but it is also a fire hazard.
Spring Hill Dryer Vent Cleaning is equipped to handle all commercial dryer vent cleaning needs with our rotary brush system and our air pressure system.
Did you know?
Every year, more than 2,900 dryer fires cause in excess of $35 million in property damage in the U.S. alone.
When dryers can't expel hot air your results are inefficiency, dryer damage, or even fire.
Most dryer damage and fires could be prevented with proper vent maintenance.
Lint and other debris can build up in your dryer hose and vent duct, reducing air flow, backing up exhaust gases and eventually creating a fire.
A clogged dryer vent can also cause your clothes to take much longer to dry.
We are the best since we have trained personnel who are able to serve your nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, laundromats, apartment complexes, and hotels.
We have the latest technology and can determine if the concealed vent is plugged or unplugged.
Clean Dryer Vent is very important however, when it comes to maintaining your home, the most difficult tasks are usually the ones which are neglected.
You may be cleaning your gutters or replacing the filter of your home, but do you remember when was the last time you cleaned the inside of your dryer.
Remove the dryer vent adapter.
There will be a tube connecting the dryer to the vent, remove the tube from the wall so you can access the vent.
Vacuum out the vent.
There are two ways that we use to clean the vent while vacuuming, rotary brush or air pressure.
You will connect the vacuum while using the rotary brush or air pressure to remove the lint from the walls of your vent all the way to the roof.
Put everything back in place.
Reattach the dryer adapter running from the dryer to the wall, slide the dryer back into place, and plug the dryer back in.
