Window Treatments
Our professional window treatments cleaning service preserves the beauty and functionality of custom coverings. Using manufacturer-approved methods, we clean Hunter Douglas products and specialty window fashions on-site without removal. Our technicians handle delicate materials like Silhouettes and Luminettes with specialized equipment that prevents damage while eliminating 17+ years of accumulated dust and grime. This service extends the lifespan of expensive treatments while maintaining their aesthetic appeal and operational integrity.
Upholstery Cleaning
Certified upholstery cleaning restores the appearance and value of fine furniture. Our technicians identify fabric types to apply appropriate wet or dry cleaning methods, removing embedded soils from cotton, silk, and synthetic materials. The injection/extraction process eliminates allergens while preserving fabric integrity. Post-cleaning fabric protection creates a barrier against future spills, with a one-year guarantee for stain removal. This service improves indoor air quality by eliminating dust mites and pet dander from residential and commercial seating.
Fabric Protection
Our advanced fabric protection treatment creates an invisible barrier against liquid spills and particulate soils. Applied after professional cleaning, this California-compliant solution bonds with fibers to repel water and oil-based contaminants without altering texture or color. Effective for 12 months, it protects high-traffic areas like dining chairs and children's rooms. The treatment works on natural and synthetic fibers, with a full refund guarantee if stains cannot be removed during the coverage period.
Drapery Cleaning
On-site drapery cleaning revitalizes heavy fabrics without removal. Our HEPA-filter vacuuming removes allergens before targeted stain treatment. Technicians handle sun-damaged materials with specialized care, preserving pleats and decorative elements during cleaning. The process restores vibrant colors to linen and cotton drapes while maintaining structural integrity. Commercial clients benefit from after-hours service to minimize business disruption during curtain maintenance.
Exterior Home Cleaning
Comprehensive exterior cleaning enhances property value through multi-service maintenance. Our power washing combines surface scrubbing with pressure control to protect materials while removing mold and mildew. Specialized roof cleaning prevents moss damage using gentle yet effective solutions. Solar panel cleaning optimizes energy production at $15 per panel. This service improves curb appeal while preventing structural damage from accumulated contaminants through regular maintenance programs.
