August 2025Sad story and happy ending. My mother passed away and I was tasked with updating her home, which required the first floor tile flooring cleaning. Being from out-of-state, I relied on Yelp as my guide. I found OCD and noted high reviews. That led me to Melissa, who was very accommodating to my intense schedule while I was in town. Michael was dispatched and the happy ending was the result of 5 star service from first contact to completion of work. Polite, clean, punctual and fair pricing. Especially for my work around situation.

Had a great experience with OCD carpet cleaning. We had them come to clean our carpets before we moved in. There was a pretty obvious pet smell from the previous tenants. Booking was easy and their customer service was great. They were very upfront with costs and services. They even laid down blankets to protect the flooring from the hosing winding through the house. We had some spots that still smelled strongly of dog and they were able to comeback out a few days later to touch them up. I would definitely choose them again in the future. They do a great job and stand behind their work and their product! I appreciate that they are a small, local business as well!
