Services
Deep Cleaning
Our deep cleaning process thoroughly removes dirt, allergens, and bacteria from rug fibers. We tailor each wash to the rug's specific materials and age, using organic shampoos to protect both your rug and the environment. Natural sunlight drying completes the process, restoring color vibrancy while eliminating odors and micro-bacteria.
Rug Repair
We specialize in repairing all types of rug damage including fringe reattachment, foundation repair, and color restoration. Our experts assess each rug individually to determine the best repair approach, using traditional methods to maintain the rug's original craftsmanship while ensuring structural integrity and longevity.
Natural Sunlight Drying
This signature process uses natural sunlight to enhance rug colors and eliminate moisture. For sensitive rugs, we employ controlled indoor drying to prevent fading. Both methods ensure complete drying while preserving the rug's integrity, with regular progress updates provided to customers throughout the process.
Stain Cleaning
Our handcrafted stain removal service uses non-toxic substances and meticulous techniques to address even the most stubborn stains. Professionals carefully match colors and test solutions to preserve rug fibers. While we guarantee effort, we transparently communicate potential outcomes due to varying stain removal success rates.
Rug Health Check
Every cleaned rug receives a comprehensive health assessment covering fiber condition, color stability, and structural integrity. We document findings with photographs, provide clear explanations of any issues, and offer repair recommendations. This service helps identify potential problems early to prevent costly damage.
