Very good scheduling and phone customer service. Good communication day of service. Tech commented that he had rarely used the particular equipment he was using, the on-truck system was broken. Upsell to the pet stain package was unexpected. Nice enough guy. He said 48 hours until dry, office said 12. I guess well see

Had Chem Dry come in to clean carpet full of popcorn dust and debrie embedded in my carpet from a company that did shoddy work on my ceiling. Popcorn dust dnd ceiling sheetrock mud/sanding was all over my living room carpet. Couldnt get it out with a shop vac x 5 times. Made appt with Chem Dry to have them come in an clean my carpet. The young man that did my carpet was great. He made sure he got my carpet cleaned. After it dried and I vacuumed the carpet, no more white dust was in my vacuum cleaner. I definitely would recommend them for any job.

Eric was right on time. He verified the services I wanted and gave me a reasonable quote for the service. He cleaned 2 bedroom carpets , a small area rug and a recliner. I called to ChemDry around the first of February (I think) and spoke with a sweet professional named Carrie. She explained the procedure and I ask questions and I decided to go with her company. Eric and Brandon picked the rug up on Tuesday, February 6th and Brandon returned it on Friday, February 9th. The rug had an animal smell and was wet from being left outside overnight. I dried it in the sun for two days to get it dry and decided to have it cleaned. I am so glad I went with Chem Dry! Carrie, Eric and Brandon were so professional, kind, considerate and a joy to work with. They are an asset to ChemDry. Will definitely tell my family and friends and will use them again, if the need arises. Thank you so much.

The scheduling was super easy and the on-site tech was great. The carpet looks nice and I am overall happy with the quality. The only major negative was the quote was far off from the final price (final cost was almost $100 more). I know it is a a general quote but I gave accurate information about room sizing and there was nothing complex/unique about it. I would recommend you use them but I would suggest an on-site quote if you want to know the final pricing.

I am beyond pleased with my experience. I had to cancel a company I had scheduled due to extreme unprofessional practices and was in a panic as I needed my carpets done today in time for company. I called Chem Dry and they made magic happen! They were able to squeeze me in without hesitation and I am very grateful. Eric came on time and did an exceptional job! The apartment manager hassled me about a quarter-sized area in my bedroom, after I got the stain 90% clean but it was a little stiff. Chris came in and cleaned both bedrooms in a short amount of time, got the stain out, bedrooms look amazing. I totally and highly recommend this company.
