Stephen and his team are professional and extraordinarily thorough. I moved into an apartment that had mold. Landlord knew. I found out after move-in. Testing came back showing the predominating species and spore counts. Landlord still wouldn't take care of it, so I had to move out. Stephen went out of his way to answer all of my questions and set up both mold remediation and content cleanup for me in the new apartment to ensure nothing was transferred from the old one. I moved into a smaller space, so this reduced the cost as well. I now have peace of mind knowing that I'm again living in a healthy, clean space. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience. Recommended by a friend to use them. Mr. George was absolutely professional and friendly and went above and beyond for us. Stephen appeared at the house the day following the online request. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He didnt force additional testing beyond what was requested. Although the visit only consisted of air quality testing, I would be very comfortable allowing Stephen and his team to conducting mitigation efforts, if needed.

the overall experience with communication was good until after the work was complete. i do believe the mold is back because the root problem was not addressed. a chemical was just sprayed to temporarily remove the mold. we have moved on to hire a reliable company to handle our issue. seems to be they move fast with business to get the money in their pocket and then that's it.

Stephen and his company Mold Xperts are the best in the business. Hes certified, insured, professional, responded immediately, the quality of his work is the best, his cleanup was impeccable. Ive used him twice and if I could give him 10 stars I would because he deserves it. Stephen was fantastic! His very quick turnaround when mold was unexpectedly found during a home inspection kept my loan closing on pace. He carefully explained every aspect up front, and then did exactly what he said, when he said (quickly), at his (very reasonable) quoted price (no surprises).
