Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process penetrates deep into carpet fibers using 80% less water than steam cleaning. This method lifts embedded dirt while preserving carpet integrity, achieving faster drying times and reducing allergen presence. Independent testing confirms 98% removal of non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mites, creating healthier indoor environments for families and pets.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets urine crystals at the molecular level using specialized enzymatic action. Our technicians employ UV light detection to identify contamination zones, then apply treatment that destroys odor sources in carpets, padding, and subfloors. This process permanently eliminates ammonia compounds rather than masking smells, preventing recurring pet marking behavior.
Upholstery Cleaning
The Natural carbonated solution safely cleans delicate upholstery fabrics without leaving residue. Our extraction equipment removes 95% of moisture while capturing embedded allergens and particulates. The process maintains fabric integrity while restoring appearance, with optional protectant application creating stain-resistant barriers that extend time between professional cleanings.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning protocols address wool, silk, and synthetic fibers while preserving dye stability. Gentle yet effective extraction removes 85% of trapped particulates without compromising rug structure. Technicians apply fiber-specific protectants and perform edge-to-edge drying to prevent moisture-related damage, maintaining both aesthetic value and indoor air quality.
Granite Countertop Renewal
Multi-step process combines non-abrasive cleaning with pH-neutral solutions to restore granite luster. Technicians remove etching from acidic substances, then apply penetrating sealers that block liquid absorption. The polishing phase enhances natural patterns while creating a protective layer that resists staining from common kitchen substances like wine and oil.

Questions
What makes Chem-Dry's cleaning method different?
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses carbonation to lift dirt from deep within fibers, requiring 80% less water than steam cleaning for faster drying and longer-lasting results.
How does the pet urine treatment work?
P.U.R.T. breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level, permanently eliminating odors rather than masking them through enzymatic action that targets ammonia compounds.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for children and pets?
Yes, our primary solution contains no soaps or harsh chemicals. Independent testing confirms it reduces common allergens while maintaining safety for sensitive individuals.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
The EPA recommends cleaning every 12-18 months, but high-traffic homes with pets or children may benefit from bi-annual maintenance to preserve indoor air quality.
Do you offer guarantees for your services?
We guarantee satisfaction through post-service follow-ups and will re-clean any area that doesn't meet your expectations at no additional charge.
Can you clean specialty rugs and fabrics?
Our technicians handle all fiber types including wool, silk, and solution-dyed synthetics using customized cleaning protocols that preserve material integrity and color vibrancy.

Brendan thoroughly cleaned the carpets of our bedrooms, family room, formal living room, hallway and stairs. I must admit that during covid and after, I hadn't had the time to have it cleaned until yesterday. I give the guy credit for doing it all by himself and in a timely manner. The receptionists were also accomodating. Before and after photos of family room.
