Services
New Construction Cleaning
Our two-phase construction cleaning process addresses rough cleaning during active projects and final detailing before move-in. We remove dust, debris, and construction residues from baseboards to ceilings using specialized equipment. Clients receive touch-up services as needed to maintain pristine conditions until occupancy.
Commercial Disinfecting
We implement EPA-approved disinfecting protocols targeting high-touch surfaces in office environments. Our services include fogging applications that provide 99.9% effectiveness against pathogens, creating safer workspaces. The antimicrobial barrier lasts 30 days, protecting businesses in healthcare, retail, and corporate settings.
Vacation Rental Cleaning
We prepare vacation properties between guest stays with comprehensive cleaning covering all surfaces, linens, and amenities. Our weekend-focused schedule ensures timely turnover for rental managers. Services include replenishing supplies, sanitizing kitchens/bathrooms, and maintaining consistent presentation standards for property owners.
Office Cleaning
Our weekly office cleaning plans maintain professional environments through dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing workspaces. We focus on high-traffic areas like reception desks, break rooms, and shared equipment. Customizable schedules accommodate specific business hours and facility requirements across commercial properties.
Deep Cleaning
Annual or semi-annual deep cleaning services target often-neglected areas like ceiling fans, baseboards, and window tracks. We customize each session to address specific property needs, combining thoroughness with attention to detail. This service restores spaces to optimal cleanliness levels beyond regular maintenance routines.
