Our method of cleaning is a hot water extraction (also known as steam cleaning). We come in and do a thorough pre-treatment spray over all of the areas to be cleaned. This pre-treatment overall starts to loosen up the soil and make the cleaning more effective and is also an effective spot treatment.
We will then follow with the hot water extraction. We use a very mild cleaning solution that is non-soapy, non-residue and non-toxic. The carpet will be damp when we leave and will take about 12 hours to dry.
