In 1985 his son, Gary Crainshaw Senior, joined his dad to expand the business.
With father and son working together, they began picking up more work and hiring employees.
Fast forward to today, Heart of America is run by Lon's son and grandsons and is a fully insured company with over 20 full time employees.
