Here's a complete description of how we clean your windows every time.
We start out by removing and marking all screens.
We hand wash both sides of your screens with a soft bristle brush using biodegradable soap.
We put the screens aside to dry.
We then start cleaning the outside of your windows first, using a soft strip washer and a very concentrated solution called Glisten.
This window cleaning solution will literally make your windows sparkle.
We then use a wide scraper to get off paint overspray, bug marks, sap, etc.

It is very common when washing the windows there are screens that are in need of repair.
We can take these screen back to the shop for quick repair.
You don't have to worry about screens getting damaged in the process of cleaning your windows.
If we break it, we will fix it.
We fix bent frames and warn out cloth from exposure.

The water fed pole is a safer more efficient process of washing the outsides of a window.
It is superior in many ways.
We simply scrub the window with a brush on a pole that sprays pure water.
We take the water out of your outside faucet, filter it through a multi stage filtration system and pump it up the pole and out the brush.
We scrub the window until there is virtually nothing left but pure water.
The water dries quite quickly and leaves a spot free finish.
The window is left to dry without any sticky soap residue left behind.

In general we do not charge for ladder work on the first 2 stories.
We will assess ladder work per job for window height that exceeds a traditional 2 story building or normal degree of difficulty.
Some customers elect to do the inside of the windows themselves.
If that's the case, we charge 60% of the estimate to do the outside and the screens.
Our recommendation would be to get the windows done professionally inside and out the first time.
