Ugplay Service Inc. was founded in 2000 in Norfolk Virginia by James Melton.
He operated a successful Cleaning Service for eight years under the Name (Services of Tidewater) until he sold it in 2008.
In 2008 he was recruited to work for one of the top ten largest consultant cleaning companies in the United States called G.C.A.
While there, he managed over two million square feet with the Norfolk Public Schools account.
In 2010, he resigned from G.C.A. to pursue his dream of opening another janitorial/consultant cleaning company.
He operated a successful Cleaning Service for eight years under the Name (Services of Tidewater) until he sold it in 2008.
