Customers appreciate our text updates, consistent teams, and attention to detail in every home we service.
Breezy Blue Disinfection
This hospital-grade disinfection system uses aerosolized hydrogen peroxide fogging to sanitize entire homes. Developed in Albuquerque, Breezy Blue eliminates 99.9% of pathogens without harsh chemicals, leaving no residue. The process reaches inaccessible areas and penetrates fabrics for complete sanitization. Trusted by UNMH, it's ideal for allergy sufferers, pet owners, and post-illness environments. Current customers receive 70% off this premium service when added to regular cleanings.
Post-Storm Cleanup
Specialized cleaning service for homes affected by New Mexico's intense dust storms. Our teams remove fine particulate matter that standard cleaning misses, focusing on ventilation systems, electronics, and hidden surfaces. We use HEPA-filter vacuums and microfiber cloths to capture desert dust effectively. This emergency service helps restore homes quickly after severe weather events, with priority scheduling during storm seasons.
Vacation Home Care
Customized cleaning plans for second homes and rental properties. Our service maintains seasonal residences between visits, including dusting, sanitizing, and checking for maintenance issues. We accommodate last-minute bookings for unexpected guests and provide detailed reports after each visit. This service ensures your getaway property remains pristine year-round without regular occupancy.
Deep Cleaning
Comprehensive cleaning service targeting high-traffic areas and neglected spaces. Our teams clean behind appliances, inside cabinets, ceiling fans, and other often-overlooked surfaces. The process includes detailed window sills, baseboards, and vent cleaning specific to desert environments.
