Bret founded Western Building Maintenance in 1974 after graduating with a BAA in accounting. He expanded the company from a Boise-based operation to a regional leader in cleaning services. His expertise spans janitorial management and fire/water damage restoration since 1981. Bret enjoys mountain biking and hiking in Idaho.

Secretary/Treasurer
Jan joined WBM in 1983, transitioning from fieldwork to management after earning a BAA in accounting. He oversees carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and restoration projects while training specialists. Certified in mold remediation, Jan also crafts knives and enjoys outdoor activities.

Operations Director
Russ brings 25+ years of janitorial industry experience, including owning his own company before joining WBM in 2015. He manages Idaho operations and large commercial accounts while coaching youth sports and enjoying downhill skiing.
Carlos
Quality Assurance Manager
Carlos has worked at WBM since 2001, progressing from cleaner to quality assurance lead. He inspects facilities, trains staff, and ensures client satisfaction. Outside work, he collects vinyl records and socializes outdoors.

Dale maintains WBM's fleet of vehicles and equipment as our full-time mechanic. He joined in 2018 after working at Wyndham Resorts in McCall, Idaho, bringing expertise in automotive and machinery repair to support field operations.
