I called about my shag rug and he had it picked up from my front porch the following day while I was at work.
He contacted me the same day to give me an estimate, and dropped the rug off at my house a couple days later (the cleaning was done over the weekend, and he even tried to drop it off on Sunday, but I wasn't available!).
Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be calling them again when I need more carpet and rug cleaning done!
