I've been coming here for years and have always gotten great service. They're fair and honest, if there's ever a concern about treating a particular garment they're very upfront and we talk through the right approach. I've taken in garments that I thought were beyond help, and their results surpass my expectations. And I always appreciate the friendly greetings and conversation!

Had an amazing experience! Yesterday i had a wedding to attend and a hour before the wedding , My zipper broke. I called them and they said come in and they fixed it in 15 mins! Oh I forgot to mention they pressed my shirt for me at no charge ! I highly recommend this place due to their good work and also their kindness . Everyone was very nice and welcoming ! Thanks again !

I love this place. Great service, fine quality alterations, and very quick turnaround times.
Several years ago, I needed a number of dresses altered, and after experiencing low quality alterations and poor service at the cleaners near my home in Silver Lake, I began sleuthing for a new place.
Rio Cleaners is amazing and then some. The seamstress always does a stellar job, whether I need a dress hemmed, have to have a piece of ripped fabric sewed closed, or request an add-on. Case in point, I had a dress that fit great, but was nearly impossible to put on or take off. The Rio Cleaners seamstress added a zipper to the dress without compromising the integrity of the shirring backing, and it looks like it was part of the original dress design. Now the dress fits like a dream and is easy to take on and off without going through a 10-minute contortion act. Another time, I ripped a different dress in the middle of the fabric, far from any seam or hemline. The seamstress sewed it up so meticulously and professionally, one can't even notice that it was ever ripped.
On top of that, they've always pressed my garments after altering. This may not sound like a big deal, but I've been to plenty of places that do the alteration work, but don't press the clothing afterwards. It's this small but noticible extra effort that makes Rio Cleaners one of the best around. They're reasonably priced and always do a great job cleaning all my garments, too.
Even though I don't live in the neighborhood or work nearby, Rio Cleaners is worth the extra mileage for their services.
