Services
Regular Housekeeping
Our regular housekeeping service maintains consistent cleanliness through scheduled visits tailored to your needs. Professional cleaners focus on high-traffic areas, surface cleaning, and basic organization using eco-friendly products. Ideal for homeowners seeking ongoing maintenance without deep cleaning interventions. This service preserves daily cleanliness while accommodating flexible scheduling options.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning addresses hard-to-reach areas and accumulated grime through comprehensive treatment of all surfaces. Technicians hand-wash baseboards, clean appliance interiors, and detail bathroom fixtures using specialized equipment. Recommended quarterly for thorough maintenance. This service restores spaces to like-new condition through meticulous attention to neglected areas.
Move In/Out Cleaning
Move in/out cleaning prepares properties for new occupants or post-occupancy turnover. Our team performs wall-to-wall cleaning including cabinet interiors, window tracks, and door frames. Standardized checklists ensure complete sanitation between tenants. Particularly valuable for landlords and renters needing move-in ready conditions or post-occupancy restoration.
Carpet Cleaning
Professional carpet cleaning removes embedded dirt and allergens using hot water extraction methods. Technicians treat stains, eliminate pet odors, and apply protective treatments to extend carpet lifespan. Includes area rug cleaning and upholstery maintenance. Recommended every 6-12 months for optimal indoor air quality and fabric preservation.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Post-construction cleaning removes debris, dust, and residue following building projects. Services include window cleaning, surface sanitization, and removal of construction materials. Specialized equipment handles drywall dust and paint splatters. Essential for making newly built or renovated spaces move-in ready through comprehensive final detailing.
