Services
Low-Moisture Carpet Cleaning
Our low-moisture carpet cleaning uses advanced extraction technology and non-toxic solutions for deep cleaning with minimal water. This method dries in about an hour, preventing mold growth and reducing environmental impact. Ideal for homes and businesses, it removes embedded dirt and allergens while preserving carpet longevity. Our technicians use a 7-step process including dry extraction, pre-spraying, and fiber grooming for optimal results.
Tile & Grout Restoration
We restore tile and grout using high-pressure cleaning and ColorSeal technology that permanently recolors and seals porous surfaces. Our process removes years of built-up grime and prevents future staining. Commercial-grade equipment delivers 2.5x more pressure than standard cleaners, effectively rejuvenating high-traffic areas. The treatment lasts 2-5 years, maintaining a fresh appearance with minimal maintenance.
Hardwood Floor Refinishing
Our dustless sanding and recoating process restores hardwood floors without creating mess. We offer screen-and-recoat services for surface scratches and full refinishing for deeper damage. Protective polyurethane coatings last 3-15 years in various finishes. The process preserves wood integrity while enhancing natural beauty, with options for wax removal and color correction to match your aesthetic preferences.
Commercial Floor Cleaning
Designed for professional environments, our low-moisture cleaning minimizes business downtime with 1-hour drying times. Services include carpet extraction, VCT floor care, and concrete polishing. We use EPA-registered disinfectants and provide after-hours service to accommodate operational needs. Regular maintenance plans help businesses maintain professional appearances while extending flooring lifespan through eco-conscious methods.
Shower Restoration
Our shower restoration eliminates the need for costly remodels through multi-step surface renewal. We treat mold with acid washes, remove hard water deposits, and apply ceramic coatings lasting 5-7 years. The process includes grout repair and color-matched silicone replacement to restore both function and aesthetics. Non-abrasive techniques preserve tile integrity while creating water-resistant surfaces that resist future staining.
