One of the most difficult task that confronts a Home Owner is to release their cherished possession to a cleaning service. Thanks to Lulu and her technicians this was an awesome experience. Our home was cleaned in a manner consistent to the finest in customer care and appreciation. A complete review of all the service completed based on our check list was reviewed by Lulu.
This is the first time I can truly say it was indeed a wonderful experience to have someone other than my wife and I perform cleaning services on our home. Failing to do so will result in a hefty surcharge collectable at time of occurrence and/or termination of service.

If an area Lulu's Home Cleaning Servcie has been contracted to clean, but has not been cleaned to the clients satisfaction, the client is expected to contact us within 48 hours of job completion.
Lulu's Home Cleaning Service will then promptly and gladly return to address the affected area of concern.
