Trey called me ahead of time to give me an arrival time, he was punctual. I had cream carpet that was 10 yrs old to be cleaned. There were 2 large stained areas and he was able to remove them. That in itself was a miracle He was done in a very reasonable amount of time as my condo was vacant. Carpet dried up nicely and looked almost brand new.
