Services
Residential Carpet Cleaning
Our residential carpet cleaning service removes deep-seated dirt and allergens using advanced truck-mounted equipment. We employ hot water extraction methods that exceed IICRC standards while protecting carpet warranties. Each service includes pre-treatment of stains, pH-balanced cleaning solutions, and rapid drying technology to maintain fiber integrity and extend carpet lifespan.
Commercial Upholstery Cleaning
Designed for business environments, our upholstery cleaning service restores professional appearance while maintaining fabric durability. We use low-moisture techniques suitable for cubicles, waiting areas, and executive offices. The process removes embedded soils and sanitizes surfaces without disrupting workplace operations, with same-day drying for minimal business impact.
Pet Odor Removal
Our enzymatic cleaning system targets urine crystals and organic odors at their source. Using bio-oxidation technology, we break down odor-causing compounds in carpets and padding. The treatment works on multiple surfaces including hardwood, tile, and concrete substrates beneath carpets, providing permanent odor elimination rather than temporary masking.
Tile & Grout Restoration
This service revitalizes ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile surfaces through high-pressure cleaning and grout rejuvenation. Our equipment reaches 2,000 PSI for deep cleaning without damaging tile surfaces. We include grout sealing options to protect against future staining while enhancing the appearance of both residential and commercial tiled areas.
Deep Carpet Cleaning
Our deep cleaning process combines pre-vacuuming, hot water extraction, and specialized soil suspension agents to remove contaminants from carpet base layers. Using 200F water and truck-mounted systems, we achieve 98% soil removal while maintaining carpet texture and color. The service includes edge-to-edge cleaning and furniture footprint removal for comprehensive results.
