Ive been working with Dave since my flood happened in November 2024, and we are just now finally complete with the project. I wish I could put into words how truly grateful I am for his honesty, kindness and compassion, integrity and ability to help so much. Water damage in a brand new home is something that was really hard to deal with and stressful. Dave was able to help in ways beyond the labor he did, I will remember him forever. both of our experiences with Utah Disaster team has been amazing. both times they were quick to respond, honest about their work, straight forward about our options with no hidden fees, and very empathetic to our situation. using them to get our flooding under control I'm our basement after sump pump failed with all the extra moisture was the best decision and made our troubles so lightened. highly encourage everyone to employ this business.

Dave and his team were wonderful. They really helped us out when our basement flooded. They were courteous and professional the entire time and really went out of their way to help calm the chaos that we were experiencing and tirelessly looked for ways to save us money for the salvage work. They even recommended someone to come and install a sump pump for us that wouldn't break the bank. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

Quick and professional company helped me out when I needed it the most. My upstairs bathroom flooded for three days while we were out of town Which caused a massive flood and they were able to do such a professional job and fix all the water damage in a timely manner. Just days before bringing home a new baby we discovered water damage in our basement due to a slowly leaking pipe. Dave from Utah Disaster Team went absolutely above and beyond in assisting us in not only getting the water damage cleaned up and mold taken care of, he coordinated everything with the plumber and the restoration team. He did everything necessary for our insurance claim and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was quick to respond to phone calls and texts, very professional and was such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Utah Disaster Team to anyone needed these types of services!

I love Utah, but this spring (all spring seasons??) we had flooding. I'm so glad our insurance recommended Utah Disaster Team. I never write reviews, but felt this was worth the time. They worked day and night, and worked tirelessly to get us back on our feet. You never want to be in a situation to use them, but so glad they are here when we need them. Dave came out at 4 pm on a Friday evening and stayed till 1130pm to take care of what I thought was a simple leaking pipe, but turned out to be a sewer line. While the outcome was way worse than what I had thought it was going to be Dave was awesome. Quick to reapond to my text, patient with my girls who were very interested in what he was doing. I cant recommend his service enough. Its sucks when you have to call a disaster team but it was a pleasure to work with him.
