Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method penetrates deep into carpet fibers to lift dirt and allergens. Using 80% less water than steam cleaning, carpets dry in hours instead of days. Independent testing confirms 98% removal of non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mites.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. technology breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level using UV detection and targeted treatment. This eliminates odors permanently rather than masking them. Effective for both recent accidents and hidden contamination in padding/subfloors.
Water Damage Restoration
Professional moisture detection identifies hidden water sources in carpets and structures. Our low-moisture extraction system removes standing water and residual dampness to prevent mold growth. Includes structural drying and carpet reinstallation services.
Commercial Cleaning
Scheduled deep cleaning for businesses using non-disruptive methods that allow same-day use. Services include carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning with 1-2 hour drying times. Proven allergen reduction improves indoor air quality for employees and customers.
Stain Protection
Protectant forms a molecular barrier around fibers to resist liquid penetration. Prevents permanent staining from spills and extends time before professional cleaning is needed. Works on all carpet types including wool and solution-dyed synthetic fibers.

I have used Chem-Dry for several years and have always been happy with their work. They got spots out that I didnt think would come out. The high traffic area through the living room looked very bad but is now spotless as well. They offered advice on caring for my area rugs. I recommend them to anyone and will continue to use their services.

Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning services I will use. I have several rentals and as soon as I have a vacant property its imperative I get it back on the market and rented out ASAP. Chem-Dry is quick and responsive. They do a great job cleaning carpets and the price is definitely affordable. Ive had a few carpets that I thought I might have to replace but when Chem-Dry shows up and does their magic on the carpet its amazing. They can take a carpet that appears dirty beyond repair and make it appear almost brand new. Im amazed.

I contacted Chem-Dry after my 7 month old puppy had multiple accidents on the carpet in my guest room. It was very easy to make an appointment and Chem-Dry was flexible when I had to reschedule. The crew (Mike + Gary) arrived on time, worked very efficiently and made my carpet and area rugs look new. I will certainly use Chem-Dry in the future and highly recommend them to others. Well worth the expense!

We had a great experience with ChemDry of Louisville! They were excellent in working around our schedule. The technician was extremely patient, friendly, efficient and educated us on the process. We have four very large dogs and he did not act as if that was a big deal whatsoever. It is their house, they let us live there too though. LOL. The technician was patient as we corralled them out of the house, which they don't like.
He was also very attentive to our home and avoided as much tracking in, etc. with himself and the equipment as is possible. Honestly there was no tracking in or out of anything! The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be using ChemDry of Louisville again!

Very pleasant experience. Mike was prompt (called ahead too), took the time to explain the process, and was very thorough, didnt rush the job. I have a dog and opted for the sanitizer/deodorizer upgrade (at my request), there was no pressure. Glad I did. Not only is my carpet clean (best outcome Ive ever had) it smells clean too. I would definitely use them again.

After being let down by COIT and another company (they never showed up to the scheduled appointments), I was feeling desperate and hopeless about finding a good company to clean my couch. I called Chem-Dry and they were very polite and their pricing was awesome! Gary came out and cleaned my couch and I was amazed at how quick and efficient he was. I am so satisfied with this family-owned business and have already recommended them to many people. My couch has been restored after being damaged by urine, and I couldn't be more pleased!

Chem-Dry of Louisville is a locally owned family business that has been doing our carpet cleaning for almost 20 years. Mike (Son) and Gary (Dad) are friendly, polite, knowledgable, and very professional. They do a thorough job using green cleaners and the extraction process allows carpeting and upholstery to dry rather quickly. All this at a fair, competitive price. Give them at try - youll be glad you did!
