Eastside Chem-Dry

Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process removes 98% of allergens and dirt from carpets using 80% less water than steam cleaning. The carbonation lifts embedded contaminants for thorough removal while preserving fiber integrity. Drying within hours allows immediate use of treated areas.

P.U.R.T. technology breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level to permanently eliminate odors. UV light detection identifies hidden contamination zones. Treatment penetrates subfloors to destroy odor sources rather than masking smells temporarily.

Four-step process cleans, de-residues, seals, and polishes granite surfaces. Non-abrasive solutions remove buildup without damaging stone integrity. Protective sealant prevents future staining while restoring natural luster and shine to countertops.

Low-moisture system removes grime from wood grain without warping or swelling. Counter-rotating brushes agitate dirt while vacuum extraction removes 95% of contaminants. Optional polish application creates protective barrier against future wear.

Customizable schedules accommodate business operations with minimal disruption. Services include carpet, upholstery, and hard surface cleaning for offices, medical facilities, and retail spaces. EPA-registered solutions ensure workplace safety compliance.
