Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process penetrates deep into carpet fibers to remove dirt, allergens, and stains. Using 80% less water than steam cleaning, carpets dry in hours rather than days. Independent testing confirms 98% reduction in non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mites.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) uses UV detection and molecular breakdown to destroy urine crystals at their source. This 24-36 hour process eliminates odors permanently rather than masking them, even in severe cases of pet damage.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for all rug types including Oriental and Persian varieties. Our non-residue process preserves colors and fibers while removing allergens and dirt. Includes inspection, spot treatment, and protective finishing for long-lasting results.
Upholstery Cleaning
Carbonated cleaning solution lifts embedded dirt from furniture fabrics without leaving sticky residues. Tested to reduce allergens by 98% while maintaining fabric integrity. Includes optional protectant application for stain resistance.
Granite Countertop Renewal
Four-step process removes built-up grime and restores granite's natural luster. Non-abrasive cleaning followed by sealing and polishing creates a protective barrier against stains while maintaining the stone's aesthetic appeal and durability.

I gave Chem Dry a 5 star rating. First I called them because I spilled Old English on our living room carpet. I made a terrible stain. When I called Lynn was so accommodating to my schedule. Paul came in and worked on the stain first. He felt that he could not get it out. He continued to clean the family room carpet. After he finished cleaning he ask if since he had the equipment he wanted to try the spot again. To my surprise it came right out. He did a fantastic job and explained his other services. Paul was so professional and genuine. I highly recommend Chem Dry. Christine D. North Mankato

Lynn was great to schedule with, and was able to be flexible with the time of the cleaning, and Paul did an amazing job cleaning my sons area rug and my soon to be babies nursery.

Responded to request immediately. Scheduled ASAP, picked up on time and quickly, returned sooner than expected, and came in under their very reasonable estimate! All this while delivering an excellent result and accommodating my need for masking. Would highly recommend this family owned small business any time and will be using them for all my needs going forward.
