Can't say enough good about the great people at this company. They were able to come so quickly to help clean up damage from our water heater bursting. We recently worked with 1-800-water damage after my 3 year old son flooded our bathroom which led to damage in the bathroom, a bedroom, and a large chunk of ceiling and wall in the basement. Marc and Kevin were absolutely fantastic in helping us deal with this crisis! They were quick to come out when we called and they were thorough in assessing the damage and making sure everything was dried out and taken care of. They worked with our insurance and have made this whole process so much less stressful. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Marc, Teri, Kevin were all amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to walk me through each step of the water damage process. They truly tried to be the least invasive as possible. They documented everything so clearly. They are very trustworthy people. It seemed they truly tried to keep the costs of the project as low as possible. It never felt like they wanted to take a bad situation and expose it to make money. They took extra time and put attention to detail.

1-800 Water Damage of Northern Utah should be the model for all other contractors to use. Its not a common thing to have that level of professionalism from the coordinator that schedules everything to the technicians that are dispatched to perform the work. Its no fun to have a flood in your home, fortunately there is a company that makes part of the process a lot less painful. Hopefully the rebuild goes as smoothly as the demo and clean up part did.

For such a horrible thing to happen (hose bib cracked and flooded our basement) these guys really made it a good experience. Im a newish home owner and didnt even know what to do. They were the best at helping me with the process. I really appreciated their open communication. I knew exactly where they were and what they needed to do, every step of the way. They even found some mold that wasnt apart of the flood and were able to properly clean it up. Thank you so much!
