Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method deeply cleans carpets by lifting dirt to the surface without excessive moisture. This low-water approach ensures faster drying, reduces mold risks, and extends carpet lifespan. Clients benefit from stain removal, allergen reduction, and a healthier home environment.
Pet Odor Removal
Specialized P.U.R.T. treatment eliminates 99.9% of pet urine odors by targeting odor sources at a molecular level. The process works on carpets, upholstery, and subflooring, with results improving over 24-36 hours. Safe for pets and children, this service restores freshness without harsh chemicals.
Upholstery Cleaning
Low-moisture cleaning preserves fabric integrity while removing embedded dirt and stains. Technicians use fabric-specific solutions and optional protectants to extend furniture life. Drying typically completes within 2-3 hours, minimizing disruption for homeowners.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Proprietary solutions deep-clean tile and grout without damaging surfaces. The process removes built-up grime, restores shine, and applies sealants to prolong cleanliness. Clients receive safer, more hygienic surfaces with reduced staining potential.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional-grade equipment removes lint buildup from dryer vents, reducing fire hazards and improving appliance efficiency. Annual maintenance extends dryer lifespan and lowers energy costs. Technicians use inspection cameras to identify hidden issues during service.

York came to clean our carpets when appointed to do so. He was prompt and friendly. The carpets dried in two hours like he said and the tile looks brand new! We decided not to purchase the deodorizer and it ended up costing exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use this company for carpet cleaning again! After calling around on a Sunday (I was desperate for a clean of a new-to-me used couch) Qualls was the most reasonably priced, by far. And they were able to come next day. I was able to prepay with Apple Pay, which was really convenient. The technician texted me a few hours before appointment window to give me a more exact time and arrived when he said he would. The clean took about an hour and I was super happy with the results. Water was coming out clean and stains were completely gone by the time he was done.

We are very pleased with our experience today! As you can see in the before and after photos, the tile looks fantastic! York (I didn't clarify spelling ), was super friendly and professional. He even let my dogs interrogate him briefly before he started. We received excellent communication with the process and will be calling again for our future cleaning needs! Thanks Qualls Chem-Dry!

Levi came to the house at the time he said he would. Explained the process very well. He inspected the area with smell carefully and found several spots. The price he quoted was reasonable. The carpet was clean and smell free after he is done. The carpet also dried in hours not days. Will use them again.

Braden was on time and very efficient. He quickly and quietly went about his work. He was faced with a beige carpet that had 6-7 years of pets and kids wear on it. I told hime we just needed a clean prior to selling but I didn't expect a miracle. The carpet came out looking almost new! Bravo Braden!

Great job by York. My dog had been sick creating a large stain and smell. He got that cleaned up back to normal. The rest of the house he cleaned looks better than after other types of cleaning.

I use ChemDry between tenants fairly often. They are super reliable and can turn around quickly. The most recent tech, Dallin, even offered to move the couch to get under for extra cleaning.

My toddler drew on my very light carpet in red and orange oil pastel crayons. I wasn't sure there was any hope, but Grant worked for a long time and was able to lighten it until it can hardly be seen at all. He said it was the most stubborn stain he's seen, but he was able to save our carpet! I would definitely recommend him.
