Services
Air Duct Cleaning
Our air duct cleaning service removes dust, allergens, and contaminants from HVAC systems using HEPA-filter vacuums and specialized brushes. This improves indoor air quality, reduces respiratory risks, and enhances system efficiency. The process includes camera inspections and access point creation to ensure complete debris removal from supply/return vents, registers, and HVAC components.
Chimney Cleaning
Professional chimney cleaning eliminates creosote buildup and debris from flues using level 1-3 inspection protocols. Our technicians use brushes, vacuums, and video scanning to prevent fire hazards, ensure proper ventilation, and identify structural issues. Services include written reports detailing repair needs and safety recommendations for wood-burning and gas fireplace systems.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
This service removes lint and debris from dryer exhaust systems using high-powered vacuums and specialized tools. Cleaning prevents fire hazards, improves appliance efficiency, and reduces energy consumption. The process includes disconnection, debris removal, system inspection, and reassembly to restore optimal airflow and indoor air quality.
Air Duct Sanitizing
Post-cleaning sanitization uses EPA-registered antimicrobial sprays to eliminate bacteria and mold in HVAC systems. The fogging process targets microbial growth in hard-to-reach areas, preventing future contamination. Recommended for homes with pets, allergy sufferers, or moisture-related issues to maintain long-term air quality improvements.
UV Light Installation
UV light systems installed in HVAC units neutralize airborne pathogens like bacteria and viruses using germicidal UV-C wavelengths. The technology prevents microbial growth on coils and in ducts, improving system efficiency by up to 35% while reducing maintenance needs and enhancing overall indoor air quality.
