Services
Residential Window Washing
Our residential window cleaning service combines pure water filtration technology with professional techniques to deliver crystal-clear results. Technicians use non-marking shoes and protective drop cloths to maintain interior cleanliness while cleaning both interior and exterior surfaces. The process typically takes 3 hours for 20-30 window homes, including screen and sill cleaning.
Commercial Window Washing
We specialize in commercial window maintenance for multi-story buildings, healthcare facilities, and retail centers. Our water-fed pole system safely cleans windows up to 70 feet high without ladders or lifts, reducing liability and operational disruptions while maintaining OSHA-compliant safety standards for all commercial properties.
Post Construction Cleanup
Our post-construction cleaning service prepares newly built or renovated spaces for occupancy. Trained technicians perform top-to-bottom cleaning of all surfaces, including window treatment installation and removal of construction residues, ensuring properties meet occupancy standards while accommodating flexible scheduling for contractors.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning services prevent fire hazards and improve appliance efficiency. Our technicians remove lint buildup from residential and commercial dryer systems, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% while improving indoor air quality through complete ductwork maintenance.
Ventilation Systems
We install and maintain EZ Breathe ventilation systems that prevent mold growth by actively removing excess moisture. These energy-efficient units consume only 40 watts hourly while providing continuous fresh air circulation, offering a maintenance-free alternative to traditional dehumidifiers with industry-leading warranty protection.
