High-pressure cleaning removes stubborn grime from concrete, brick, and siding. Our commercial-grade equipment handles large-scale projects efficiently while protecting surrounding landscaping. Ideal for restoring commercial properties and residential exteriors to like-new condition.
Soft Washing
Gentle cleaning method preserves delicate surfaces like roofs and stucco. Uses biodegradable solutions to eliminate mold and algae without damaging materials. Provides longer-lasting results compared to traditional pressure washing techniques.
Roof Cleaning
Specialized treatment removes algae and moss from asphalt shingles. Prevents premature roof deterioration while improving energy efficiency. Restores appearance at a fraction of replacement costs, typically saving customers thousands of dollars.
Concrete Sealing
Protects driveways and patios from weather damage and stains. Our sealant extends surface lifespan by preventing water penetration and UV degradation. Recommended after cleaning to maintain results and reduce future maintenance needs.
Graffiti Removal
Safe removal of unwanted markings from commercial buildings and public spaces. Uses specialized techniques to preserve original paint and materials. Available for both emergency and scheduled service requests.

Recommended! Dustin and crew did an outstanding job on a 6 car driveway and front walkway that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 90. I will easily use his service for additional work in the very near future and refer this company any chance I get!

I could not believe the difference in my house after Summit Wash Pros power washed it. It looked like a different house! Dustin was very professional. I was glad to know they had an eco friendly wash they used and it's a local Lee's Summit, MO company. Dustin was quick yet thorough and even sent before and after pictures! He was so nice and helpful in explaining all he would be doing. All of the dirt, black mold, spider webs, and even a dead bat were removed and the house looks wonderful. I will use them again for sure!
