There are five important values which distinguish a real carpet care professional from run-of-the-mill carpet cleaners: Reputation, Experience, Education, Systems, and Guarantee.
In addition to these values I-V-Lee Carpet has a 12 step cleaning process for maximum soil removal, returning your carpet, as close as possible, to factory exit condition.
Our Mission is: To provide the most outstanding service experiencing experience ever!
The area's most seasoned Carpet Retailers, Interior Designers, and Realtors refer our services exclusively.
Let's face it; it's tough to get excited about the need to clean your carpets.
At I-V-Lee Carpet we understand how you feel.
So we try our best to make this process as seamless for you as we can.
It's our desire to get in and do the job efficiently with as minimal "downtime" to you and your lifestyle as possible.
Let's share some answers to the three most commonly asked questions we receive almost everyday.
How long should we wait to have our carpets cleaned?
Imagine, you have a new born baby, a roaming toddler with a sippy cup full of red Kool-Aid, or you're an allergy suffere, perhaps you're the proud owner of a new puppy or kitten, or maybe you've just given up trying to get your children to take their shoes off at the door.
Rug experts agree that in-plant rug cleaning is highly recommended for proper maintenance of Orientals and other loose-laid rugs.
Rug fibers are very different from those found in residential and commercial broadloom carpet.
There is far more natural fiber such as wool, cotton, silk and jute used in rugs than in broadloom carpet.
Backings are very different, as natural foundation yarns are more prominent in rugs as opposed to separate synthetic backing fabrics for tufted carpet.
Construction is different: woven constructions are most prevalent in area rugs, as opposed to tufting being the dominant construction in the broadloom market.
This application assures you of the best protection possible against resoiling and stains.
Fiber Seal Protection has two protective properties.
The first is an acid dye blocker that is basically a clear dye that fills the extra dye sites in a fiber.
This helps to keep "foreign" dyes (such as red dye in a beverage) from penetrating the carpet fiber.
The second property is called a "fluorochemical".
It is commonly known as 3M Scotchgard or DuPont Teflon.
This treatment helps keep spillage from actually getting to the acid dye blocker, but its biggest job is to resist dry soil.
I-V-Lee Carpet Cleaning is IICRC certified in upholstery cleaning and is recognized as one of the most educated and experienced upholstery care companies in our area.
Upon a thorough inspection, our certified technicians will determine the proper cleaning procedure for your specific needs.
We can also apply our Fine Fabric Protector to ensure your fine fabrics continue to have lasting beauty between cleanings.
From heavily soiled to light cleaning, our 12 step cleaning process is designed to restore your furniture as close to its original condition as possible.
