Unfortunately, I've had to call Brad in a pinch two times in the past two months! He worked his magic on some Magnetic Putty that was all over my microfiber couch after a sleepover party and then saved us again this week. I'll spare you the details, but we were VERY thankful for him working us into his day (imagine result of puppy getting into 2 lbs of raw hamburger)!
We've also used him to do a yearly clean of our carpets. Every time has been so great! He's friendly, thorough and reasonably priced. I am a REALTOR, and Brad at Steam Master is always at the top of my list of recommended local carpet cleaners. He does good work, using a quality truck-based system.
