Sagola Contracting Inc. (SCI Cleaning & Maintenance) was founded in 1986 by William J. Fredy for the sole purpose of providing services to one Nursing Care Facility.
SCI employed 8 people at that time and has continued to grow.
In founding this company, policies and procedures are based on William's twenty years of experience as a nurse, middle manager and working experience with the environmental health and safety department at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

We have provided service for a 250 bed nursing home facility continually for the past 25 years.
During this time we have passed State & Federal inspections each year with no problem noted.
We utilize these same policies and procedures for all of our Commercial & Industrial customers as well.
We have a superior Quality Control Program which helps us identify and correct problems before any customer becomes concerned.

This endeavor was costly but we saw a need in Northern Michigan.
