The same cleaner, every visit
You will not get a rotating crew or a different face each week. The person who walks through your home during the estimate is the person who cleans it, every time. That means we learn your home, your preferences, and the things you care about, and you always know who is coming through your door.
Non-toxic products, by preference
We use high-quality cleaning products with an emphasis on safe, non-toxic, biodegradable solutions. This matters especially for households with young children, pets, allergy sufferers, anyone with chemical sensitivities, and homes on well water. Where a surface genuinely needs disinfecting, we use a conventional disinfectant, and if you would prefer we skip it in your home, just tell us and we will.
Services
Recurring residential cleaning on a weekly, biweekly, or every-four-weeks schedule. We also provide deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, special-event cleaning, and other one-time residential work.
We use a preset checklist for each type of cleaning so the work stays consistent visit to visit, and you are welcome to modify that list to match your priorities.
We provide residential cleaning only. We do not offer office or commercial cleaning, summer-rental turnover, or short-term rental cleaning.

Every job starts with an in-home walk-through. We discuss what you would like cleaned, give you a firm price, and schedule your first visit. No estimate is given for one-time cleaning without seeing the home first, because square footage alone does not tell us what a house actually needs.
Our terms
Licensed, bonded, and insured. No long-term contract, because we would rather earn your business with each cleaning. A written service agreement covers scheduling, payment, cancellations, and property access, so there are no surprises. Our minimum visit is $140.
Every cleaning carries a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and reclean it at no charge.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed weekends.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. We do not accept credit cards.

We provide intensive move-out and deep cleaning for renters leaving a property, homeowners preparing to sell, buyers getting ready to move in, empty or lightly furnished homes, and properties requiring a substantial reset. Service time and pricing vary by size, condition, accessibility, and requested work. Included refrigerator, freezer, oven, cabinet, or drawer interiors must be emptied and accessible.

We recently made the decision to add Clorox Clean-up to our line of cleaning products for the surfaces that require a little extra disinfecting, however, if you prefer we not use it in your home, we understand.
Shaklee Basic H is a safe, non-toxic cleaner which we use for glass, countertops, and floors in various concentrations.

Our minimum cleaning fee is $140. Most of our recurring customers invest between $160 and $280 per visit, depending on the size and condition of the home, and the level of traffic. A typical 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2-level home cleaned on a bi-weekly basis would be priced in the range of $180 to $220. Fill out our booking request form and we'll schedule a walk-through.

We started using Simply Organic cleaning service this past summer and have been VERY pleased. Sandy does a very thorough cleaning, of the entire house, she is very dependable. I really appreciate how organized she is with her scheduling, I appreciate the email and text messages letting me know when my next cleaning is scheduled. Sandy is great. She is professional, very communicative, and does a fantastic job. We brought Simply Organic in for a deep clean when my mother in law was living with us, and signed up for regular cleanings bi-weekly. That was 2 years ago or so, and we still use the business. She does a great job, and the price is extremely reasonable. As a bonus, she loves our dog. I highly recommend Simply Organic to anyone looking for a great cleaning service.
