Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning uses Butler Van Powered Truckmount systems with water filtration and 80+ specialized products for deep cleaning. We employ 2.5-inch hoses, rotary extractors, and Zipper Wands to remove dirt and stains without leaving sticky residue. Our methods extend carpet longevity while ensuring safe, healthy cleaning for homes.
Upholstery Cleaning
We clean upholstery with state-of-the-art tools and solutions designed for delicate fabrics. Our process removes embedded soils and odors while preserving material integrity. Specialized protectants are available to maintain freshness and resist future stains on sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Our Turbo Force tool revitalizes tile and grout using pressurized hot water and specialized solutions. This patented system dries surfaces faster than traditional methods while removing deep-set grime. We address porous grout lines to prevent permanent staining and restore surfaces to a like-new appearance.
Carpet Protectant
Saiger's Super Sealer protectant creates a barrier against spills and stains on carpets, rugs, and textiles. This solvent-based formula repels liquids without altering fabric texture. It's ideal for high-traffic areas and homes with pets or children, extending time between professional cleanings.
