Services
Gutter Cleaning
Our manual gutter cleaning removes debris by hand, ensuring unclogged downspouts and proper water flow. We disassemble and clean components thoroughly, avoiding water or leaf blowers that cause messes. Recommended twice yearly, this service prevents foundation erosion, basement leaks, and landscape damage while maintaining your property's exterior integrity.
Ice Removal
Using low-pressure steam equipment, we safely remove ice dams without damaging roofs. This service prevents structural damage from heavy ice buildup, reduces leak risks, and avoids costly repairs. Priced at $300/hour with most jobs taking 2-3 hours, it includes insurance coverage for property protection during high-risk winter conditions.
Powerwashing
Our eco-friendly powerwashing combines pre-soaking, cleaning solutions, and high-pressure rinsing to remove mold, mildew, and dirt from homes and decks. This service enhances curb appeal, prepares properties for sale, and maintains surface longevity while using environmentally safe methods that protect surrounding vegetation.
Gutter Installation
We install seamless aluminum gutters with hidden screw hangers for superior durability. Available in 20 colors, our installations prevent leaks and improve water management. The process includes old gutter removal, fascia inspection, and customized fitting to ensure long-term performance and aesthetic compatibility with your home's exterior.
Junk Removal
Our rapid junk removal service clears residential and commercial properties with 15-minute job completion guarantees. Handling items from household waste to construction debris, we provide efficient loading and disposal while maintaining property cleanliness. Visit RochesterNYJunkRemoval.com for specialized hauling solutions and immediate service availability.
